BUSINESS & ENERGY CONSERVATION
Renew Energy Initiative will offer a workshop on electrical energy conservation methods for businesses from 7:30 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 13, at Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. Ltd., 951 N. Main St., Providence. The session will focus on the big picture of efficiently managing and optimizing electrical energy and using “waste” process or HVAC heat as a means to generate power. DIAMOND IN THE RUFF
The Animal Rescue League of Southern Rhode Island will hold a “Diamond in the Ruff” jubilee fashion show and auction from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, June 21, at the Dunes Club, 137 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett. The evening begins with a fashion show featuring designs from Sara Campbell and Isoude. Guests may also bid on a variety of auction items. Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served. INSPIRING MINDS LUNCHEON

ALRI ANNUAL MEETING
The Art League of Rhode Island will hold its annual meeting from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19 at the Providence Art Club, 11 Thomas St., Providence. BIKE MS: RIDE THE RHODE
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Rhode Island Chapter will hold its largest fundraiser for multiple sclerosis the weekend of June 22-23. Nearly 1,000 cyclists will bike 150 miles in two days to help Rhode Islanders with multiple sclerosis and raise money to fund a cure.
