Providence hospitals are preferred destinations for University of Vermont College of Medicine graduates such as Meghan Beucher, pictured above. She’s a first-year resident in pediatrics at Rhode Island Hospital and Brown University. She’s one of a dozen 2012 graduates of the Burlington college to match at Providence hospitals. The pipeline from Vermont goes back several years but increased this year.
