Provant launches Navigate myHealth

EAST GREENWICH – Navigate myHealth, a personal wellness resource available to businesses and employees through a single contact point, was launched by on Jan. 12 by Provant Health Solutions, a national provider of workplace wellness strategies.

“Navigate myHealth serves as each employee’s GPS for wellness, clinical support, benefits utilization and resolution of claims – all in one package,” said Heather A. Provino, Provant’s CEO. The goal, she continued, is to provide employees with a convenient, comprehensive and personalized resource that informs their health decisions and, in turn, improves their quality of life and lowers health care costs.

Employees who are offered Navigate myHealth will have immediate access to an array of information and expert guidance that informs their health decisions, company officials said. These resources provided include health coaches, medical specialists, treatment options, explanation of health insurance coverage, insurance claims resolution and other resources available by telephone and using a secure website.

The services are provided as part of Provant’s complete health and wellness offerings, which consists of biometric screenings, health risk assessments, onsite and telephonic health coaching, incentive strategy development, management and administration, and benefits advocacy.
