Providence home sells for $1.9M

PROVIDENCE — A Colonial revival on the East Side of Providence sold recently for $1.9 million, the third highest sale recorded in the neighborhood this year.
Both the buyer and seller of 123 Blackstone Blvd. were represented by Residential Properties Ltd.
So far in 2016, eight sales on the East Side have exceeded $1 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The house on Blackstone Boulevard, originally built in 1914, has been completely renovated. It has a professional grade kitchen and an adjoining family room with a walkout to a bluestone terrace and private garden, according to a news release.
