Pure Haven Essentials, company replacing Ava Anderson Non Toxic, launching tomorrow

(Updated 11:47 a.m.)
WARREN – Pure Haven Essentials, the company planning to replace Ava Anderson Non Toxic, will launch Wednesday, March 2, according to a spokeswoman.
The business posted a new message and link to a new website this week on the former www.avaandesonnontoxic.com website, following a previous message that indicated the company would be in business after Feb. 29. The new website, purehavenessentials.com is live, with the message “coming soon” posted on it, logos, and a note that says “Check back – We’ll be here!”
In an emailed response to an inquiry, spokeswoman Julie Marrinucci confirmed Tuesday that the company is “launching … tomorrow” and “doing all we can today to get everything up and running smoothly.”

Last identified as chief operating officer for PHE, Bob Manny had announced in a press release on Feb. 12 that the Ava Anderson Non Toxic business would operate through the end of February.
In a press release issued late Tuesday, Manny said Pure Haven Essentials has added “enhancements … to product formulations, internal processes and testing protocols.” Chief product officer and a quality control manager positions have been added.
But although Ava Anderson and her family have removed themselves from business operations, the release states, and an investment firm is working to find “appropriate” new owners, the Andersons have “graciously agreed to continue to provide financial backing through [the] transition to the new company.”

According to the R.I. Secretary of State’s Office, Kimberley S. Anderson is the manager of the new company, which is located at 99 Main St. Anderson, along with her daughter Ava, founded Ava Anderson Non Toxic.
The changeover in business operations stems from alleged attacks on founder Ava Anderson and the company. In late January, the firm, owned and operated by the Anderson family of Barrington since 2009, announced it would close.
