RENEW yourself is an interactive session that will teach you more effective ways to communicate. This four hour workshop will provide you with new tools and strategies to deliver your ideas. Using role plays and group activities, you will learn how to determine your effectiveness when dealing with others.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to choose your BEST method of communication, depending on whom you are dealing with and in what circumstance. This will result in improvement in your work performance, an increase in the effectiveness of your work unit, and a workplace that can demonstrate an overall higher return on investment for your company.

About Mike: Mike Dineen, SPHR is an instructor and adjunct faculty member with Bryant University’s Executive Development Center. He has more than 25 years of teaching experience in various industries including manufacturing, insurance, federal government, and higher education. In addition to Communication, Mike has designed and taught courses for individuals and organizations in Leadership, Employment & the Law, Stress Management, Diversity in the Workplace, Time Management, and Designing Training Programs.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College and a Master’s Degree in Management from The American College. Mike also holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (S.P.H.R.).
In addition to his teaching experience at General Dynamics, MetLife, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, he has designed and taught courses for Lifespan and the Automobile Association of America. Mike also created and currently teaches the “Design and Deliver Effective Training” program at the Bryant University Executive Development Center both on-campus and online.
