R.I. Housing highlights Esteves

WARWICK – Rhode Island Housing recently recognized real estate agent Nelson Esteves of RE/MAX Professionals of East Greenwich with the agency’s Realtor of the Quarter award for the fourth quarter of 2014.
It is the fourth time Esteves has been honored for connecting home buyers with the Rhode Island Housing Loan Center, according to a recent news release.
Esteves, who has been associated with RE/MAX Professionals of East Greenwich since 2003, speaks seven languages and attributed his success to listening well. “All I can do is guide them and make sure that all of their best options are laid out in front of them,” he said.
Since July of 2014, the Rhode Island Housing FirstHomes Tax Credit program, which allows eligible first-time homebuyers to receive up to $2,000 a year for the life of the loan, has been approved for more than 500 home buyers.
