LINCOLN – The Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants estimates 600 people attended its networking event earlier this month at the Twin River Event Center in Lincoln.
Besides member CPAs, those in attendance included Gov. Gina M. Raimondo and Eric S. Rosengren, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Rosengren delivered a keynote address, focused on the United States economy.
“We were most honored to host Fed Reserve Boston President Eric Rosengren as a keynote speaker to open our event, and are also grateful to [Raimondo] for her attendance and remarks at the presentation,” said RISCPA President Robert A. Mancini.

The estimated 600 people in attendance was record-breaking, according to event coordinators.

“We are deeply appreciative to all our sponsors for their very generous support, which helped produce a dynamic and record-breaking evening from start to finish,” Mancini said.
