Reader’s Digest looking for ‘most interesting town’

NEW YORK – Do you live in America’s most interesting town? Reader’s Digest is looking to answer that question with a new story contest that could win you $1,000.
From now until May 31 the magazine is accepting stories and photos that illustrate what makes the town you call home so special.
Stories can be submitted at www.readersdigest.com/america. The author of the winning story will win the $1,000 cash prize and his town will be featured on the cover of an upcoming issue of Reader’s Digest.
Also, the magazine will hold a weekly vote on its website to determine America’s Most Interesting Town for that week.
The towns that win the weekly vote will be featured on the website and in an upcoming issue of the magazine. The contest is part of a grassroots initiative, known as the Reader’s Digest We Hear You America campaign, which is designed to serve as a catalyst to empower Americans to help their communities.
