Rebecca Gwaltney has been promoted to marketing manager at Westerly Community Credit Union. She has been with the credit union since 2007 as a marketing specialist. Previously, Gwaltney was a graphic designer at The Day Newspaper in New London, Conn. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University before graduating Wesleyan University with a master’s in art. •
