By establishing and “living” our organizational values and mission every day.

How do you invite employee feedback?

Open-door policy, small, group meetings with the president and CEO, open communication, department meetings and monthly all-staff meetings.

Behavior contrary to our organizational values and mission, disrespect or intolerance for each other or the people we work with, lack of accountability or poor customer service. n
