Richard A. Banks

Richard A. Banks has been appointed vice president and branch manager of Bank-Newport’s Narragansett office, where he will be responsible for branch operations and business and staff development. Banks previously served as assistant vice president and branch manager at Citizens Bank. He holds an associate degree in business administration from the Community College of Rhode Island. •
