ROCKLAND, Mass. – Rockland Trust has announced the launch of its $1 million “Actions. Not words.” marketing campaign. The campaign will feature a social media and online promotion to engage customers and the public.
The bank will kick off a social media promotion from May 21 until Aug. 3 that highlights “Actions. Not Words.” Customers and the public are encouraged to submit entries on the bank’s Facebook page or the Rockland Trust website of personal examples of what actions and not words means to them. They may also email their submissions or drop them off at any Rockland Trust branch.
At the end of each week, one entry will be selected to be featured on a promotional page on the Rockland Trust website, as well as pinned on Rockland Trust’s Facebook timeline. Beginning July 31 until Aug. 6, the public will be able to cast a vote for the final two winning entries from the 10 weekly entry winners through an online poll app on the “Actions. Not Words.” promotion page on Rockland’s Facebook site. Each winner will receive a $500 gas card. Additionally, all entries will be featured on Rockland Trust’s website.
“At Rockland Trust, we continually demonstrate a strong commitment to putting our customers first,” said Ralph Valente, senior vice president and director of marketing. “This campaign points out in a very straightforward way how the actions we take – in terms of products and services – benefit those who bank with Rockland Trust.”
