Rudnick acquires cost-savings firm

PROVIDENCE – Technology services company Rudnick Computer Consultants acquired an operational cost savings solutions firm.
Rudnick acquired Overview Inc. for an undisclosed price. It has taken on the founder and sole employee, Ben Hall, to its company.
“Our two firms have been referring business to one another for nearly four years,” said Michael Rudnick, owner of RCC. “We saw a natural opportunity to provide greater value to clients as a combined company.”
“A major challenge for businesses today is how to afford information technology,” Hall said in a news release on Jan. 18. “Together, the combined services of RCC and Overview can help clients implement, pay for, and manage IT.”
Overview, founded in 2005, reviews current billing, contractual terms, potential service design plans and alternative carrier options for voice internet, electric, wireless, payroll services, credit card processing and office supplies; clients reduce operational expenditures by an average of 20 to 60 percent, the news release said.
