SEED offering low-rate loans

TAUNTON – The South Eastern Economic Development Corp. is offering low rates on loans for small businesses, according to a press release.

A real estate loan with a 20-year term is at a fixed rate of 4.14 percent. For machinery and equipment purchases, SEED is offering a rate of 3.18 percent.

No deposit is required and legal fees can be funded. No application fee is paid until the Small Business Administration 504 loan closes. The SBA 504 loan is designed to assist small business owners in obtaining long-term financing for capital assets, such as the purchase of real estate and major equipment.
