Scott M. Sanborn has been installed as chair of the Rhode Island Health Care Association, a professional organization of skilled- nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Sanborn is the administrator of Oak Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and a past recipient of Administrator of the Year awards. He holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and will serve a two-year term. •
