Roger Williams University and FLICKERS: Rhode Island International Film Festival will come together Sunday to kick off the eighth annual Roving Eye International Film Festival. Through Sunday, April 28, viewers can take in a variety of free films that celebrate the art and craft of international filmmaking. Highlights include a special focus on the Holocaust, films from Japan, a documentary on Providence’s WaterFire and guest speakers.
