“These Shining Lives” will begin its run this weekend in Providence. Set in the 1920s and 1930s, this play chronicles the lives of four women who realize that their work environment is killing them all. The play depicts the struggle of pioneering women who made the decision to work outside the home while still maintaining their identity as wives and mothers.
