Spivack sells W. Warwick building

WEST WARWICK – Spivack Holdings Company LLC in late August sold 1501 Main St. in West Warwick, a two-story brick industrial building, to Main Street Investment Partners LLC. The purchase price was $270,000.
The property is a 14,870-square-foot structure, less than two miles from Interstate 95. Thomas O. Sweeney, of Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal, represented receiver Richard J. Land on the transaction, according to a news release.
