Stephen Stewart has been named small-business advocate at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, where he will be responsible for guiding small businesses through the complexities of government contracting requirements. Stewart has more than 35 years of experience providing contractor services to NUWC Newport. He holds a B.S. in business management from Salve Regina University. •
