Stonebridge Homes opens model for Briggs Landing

WESTPORT – Stonebridge Homes Inc., the builder for Briggs Landing, a 90-lot residential subdivision under development, recently announced it has opened a model home that will display the “Compton” design.
The home, at 35 Devol Ave., will be used as the Briggs Landing sales office. It is an 1,800-square-foot design with a two-car garage, and among several models available at the subdivision.
All of the newly constructed houses include energy-efficient appliances and amenities such as hardwood floors and granite countertops. Stonebridge Homes is based in South Easton, Mass.
