Suma Gaddam has been named chief information officer for Care New England Health System. She previously served as vice president of enterprise application services at Health First. Gaddam holds a master’s degree in health-services administration from the University of Kansas, a master’s of science from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor’s of science from Konkan Agricultural University in Dapoli, India. •
