PROVIDENCE – Fort Worth, Texas-based Bell Helicopter, a subsidiary of Textron Inc., was ranked number one in product support by Aviation International News’ 2012 Product Support Survey, Textron announced Friday.

“We are honored to receive this recognition and highly motivated to continue raising the bar in terms of supporting our customers,” Eric Cardinali, executive vice president of Customer Support and Services, said in prepared remarks. “We constantly seek new and innovative solutions to ensure mission success for our operators.”

AIN asked its readers, “who fly, maintain and operate business jets, business turboprops and helicopters” to rate the product support they have received over the last 12 months, according to the publication’s website.
