PROVIDENCE – A newly constructed apartment building in College Hill, which opened in June, has secured tenants for nearly all of its 267 beds.
Completed by Gilbane Development Co., the structure includes 95 suite-style apartments on four floors.

A spokeswoman this week reported about 90 percent of the beds have been leased. Only the largest apartments have remaining occupancy, according to the website, at www.257thayer.com.
