Towerstream Wi-Fi included in Skype hotspot

MIDDLETOWN – Towerstream Corp.’s Manhattan Wi-Fi offloading network will be included within the Skype WiFi hotspot footprint, thanks to an partnership agreement announced Dec. 15.

Skype WiFi allow customers to access third-party wireless hotspots and pay by the minute using Skype Credit. Skype has more than 1 million hotspots worldwide.
