Why did you select your profession? In my personal life, I love to talk about food and wine so why not seek to do this at work? What could be better than that?

Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years? Traveling the world, guiding and educating the history of each region’s wines and their local cuisine to our clients and customers.

What’s the best career advice you’ve received? Do not accept limitations and do not allow anyone to tell you what you cannot do – translate it into “I CAN!” My grandmother taught herself to read and write when she was 65 years old with this attitude.

What is your favorite Rhode Island restaurant? Jamestown Fish.
