How do you recognize individual achievement?

We like to pause at the end of the week and highlight the outstanding achievements of our team by recognizing them in our Friday team lunches.

How do you invite employee feedback?

Over the past year, employee feedback has become a priority of our individual managers. They are carving time out to meet one on one and discuss how things are going with them both at work and outside of the office.

What won’t you tolerate in the workplace?

We don’t tolerate our employees not giving our clients 110 percent effort at all times. As scheduling and software consultants, our job is to make our clients’ lives easier. n
