PROVIDENCE – The Union State Bank of Fargo has selected the oFlows platform from Providence-based Andera Inc., a financial software company that simplifies account opening and lending for banks and credit unions, for account opening and lending.
Founded in 1973, the Fargo, N.D. bank has “a history of innovation in service to individual customers and local businesses,” according to an Andera release.
Union State Bank was the first “hometown bank” to introduce fully interactive Internet banking services and it has since added the latest in online banking and cash management tools.
“The oFlows platform gives Union State Bank another powerful weapon in its arsenal: the ability to serve depositors and borrowers wherever they may be. Their customers are seeking convenient, self-directed channels of access - including tablets and mobile devices - to products and services,” Andera CEO Charlie Kroll said in prepared remarks.
“For a bank like Union State, the loyalty of our customers and a continued growth in market share are both essential., said Union State Director of Operations Land Huseby. “We’re always seeking to meet the needs and preferences of our current customers and of businesses and individuals that we don’t yet serve.”
