In the Kettle Point development, University Orthopedics will consolidate its offices in an 88,500-square-foot building. The project, which began in November, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2018. More than 100 employees will relocate to the $40 million facility, which will include medical offices, orthopedic urgent care, an MRI facility and outpatient surgery suites. The architect is n|e|m|d architects, of Providence. The construction manager is Michael Integlia & Co. The owner is UOI Kettle Point LLC.
