The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network will offer a seminar on key elements of good employment policies and practices from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Cherry & Webb Building, 139 South Main St., Fall River.

Speaker Mike Foley of Foley & Foley PC will discuss hiring and firing, worker classification, health-insurance mandates, hours of work, pay practices, security and regulatory changes. This event is free and open to the public, but preregistration is requested.
