Wanda J. Grillo has been named director of retail services and marketing at Wave Federal Credit Union, where she will oversee the sales-service culture for branches and staff, training and marketing activities. Grillo has 27 years of industry experience and was previously training manager at People’s Credit Union. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public management from University of Maine. •
