Washington Trust finances Conn. office

WESTERLY - The Washington Trust Co., the state’s largest independent bank, recently provided a $1.04 million commercial real estate mortgage to Lamberton Office Center LLC for the refinancing of the Lamberton Office Center at 90 Lamberton Road in Windsor, Conn. The 33,984-square-foot property consists of a mixed-use office/lab/warehouse situated on 4.89 acres. The office park has been occupied by its sole tenant, Travelers Indemnity Co., since 1997.

“This property has demonstrated solid and stable operations which ensure continued operations for the future,” said Joseph J. MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president and CEO.
