The bank celebrated the opening with a kick-off event on Oct. 1 that included raffles and giveaways.
The 5,600-square-foot branch is the bank’s 16th in Rhode Island and offers five walk-up teller positions, one of which is ADA compliant, two drive-up lanes, a drive-up ATM, night depository, safe deposit boxes and a walk-up ATM. The location will offer a full range of services for consumers, businesses and investors.
“The Washington Trust Company has a 211-year history of being a sound financial institution; dedicated to the communities it serves,” said branch manager and bank vice president Paul J.
