A RI casino has to be approved by a special referendum vote at election time. It was defeated a few times already. Maybe the bad economy willl cause more RI'ers to vote for it now. Wouldn't the people of Lincoln need to vote for it? A lot of people in Lincoln don't want all the headaches that come with a full casino. Monday, November 21, 2011|Report this

Lincoln is not the right place. Perhaps, a casino in Central Falls or Pawtucket would be better. It would be closer to I 95 and the Massachusetts market and help redevelop these depressed cities. Wednesday, November 23, 2011|Report this
