William K. Wray

William K. Wray, chief operating officer and former chief information officer of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, has been appointed to the executive committee of The Business Development Co. Wray’s expertise in aligning business strategy with technology and operations resources will assist the company as it serves area businesses in the tech sector. Wray holds a master’s degree in engineering from Stanford University. •
