PROVIDENCE – Along with the name change to GTECH SpA, which will go into effect on June 3, Lottomatica Group SpA is also changing its company ticker.

On the Milan Stock Exchange, GTECH will trade under GTK, a change from LTO. ADRs will trade on the U.S. over-the-counter Pink Sheet market under the symbol GTKYY.

Lottomatica Group SpA shareholders approved the adoption of the GTECH name on May 8.

In a prior release, the company said the re-branding and reorganization plan, originally announced in January, is designed to take advantage “of the positioning achieved by the GTECH brand in the gaming industry worldwide.”
