WOONSOCKET – Woonsocket Glass Fabricators has sold its commercial facility at 500 Pond St., to T and T Woodworkers Inc., according to a release from the commercial real estate company that listed the property.
The 12,791-square-foot flexible space includes a drive-in door, loading dock and 18-foot ceiling heights in the warehouse, office and showroom area.
The listing was held by Thomas O. Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal. Larry Steingold of MG Commercial represented the buyers. The purchase price was $400,000.
