Special Olympics Rhode Island supporters brave the icy waters at Warwick’s Goddard State Memorial Park. The seventh annual Torch Run Plunge and related events were held March 1-2. More than 300 participants from local schools and public-service departments joined Special Olympics athletes to help raise $70,000 for the organization.
