Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West will change its name and move to new offices at the Northwoods Office Park in Johnston. Effective Feb. 21, the law firm will be called Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara LLC, to reflect the last names of its four founders.

A former manufacturing building on Main Street will be razed and replaced with a 21-unit, residential condominium building, marketed to professionals who want to live near the town center.

A New York-based real estate management company has purchased 12 medical office buildings in Providence, at a combined purchase price of $60 million, according to a company statement.
Eleven properties made the Providence Preservation Society’s 2017 Most Endangered Properties List, including the Industrial Trust Building, better known as the “Superman” building for its resemblance to the structure on the old television show.
