State and local dignitaries mark the grand opening of the $13 million MacColl YMCA in Lincoln on Aug. 24 with a ribbon cutting. The 52,000-square-foot facility was paid for with a mix of fundraising and private and state financing. The two-story, year-round building on Breakneck Hill Road is handicapped accessible and contains a swimming center, full gymnasium, fitness center and an adventure center with a 30-foot-high climbing wall. more
