LINCOLN – eSavV Technologies has developed the global leadership matrix software Web application, which is designed to enable analysis of business relationship data by the faculty at Columbia Business School.

“Understanding how people choose is an important concept in the business world to identify how leaders make decisions and what influences good or bad choices,” said the company’s release.

The global leadership matrix – GleaM – is a Web-based software application that collects and processes business relationship data to make it easy for Columbia faculty to analyze and research.

According to eSavV, the research will be published in academic journals and other literature.

The software is the brainchild of Sheena Iyengar, “a renowned expert in the field of choice,” according to a release.
