Celebrate with the city of Providence by joining the party at India Point Park Wednesday evening. During a free concert, conductor Francisco Noya will lead the Rhode Island Philharmonic Pops Orchestra as it plays patriotic tunes, starting at 7:30 p.m. Special guest and cellist Olivia Culpo, the recently crowned Miss USA and a Rhode Island native, will join the orchestra. The celebration wraps up with a fireworks display at 9 p.m. The public should access the park by the India Point Park walking bridge located at East and Wickenden streets.
