Sales PHD, Sandler Training, of Providence, will launch a 12-week series on Strategic Customer Care on Tuesday, Aug. 7.
The program will take place on Tuesday afternoons from 3:30 until 5 at the company's training center, 400 Reservoir Avenue, Providence, Suite 2E.
Sandler will personalize the Strategic Customer Care Program to deal with customer service issues brought to the class by participants.
The investment for the 12-week program is $1,750, a $200 discount from the regular price of $1,950 for registering online.
