A 12-week training program in customer service will begin Aug. 4 at Sales PHD, Sandler Training, of Providence, Rhode Island’s only company offering the Sandler system of sales, management and customer service training.
The program will take place on 12 Thursdays from 8 to 10 a.m. at Sales PHD, Sandler Training, 400 Reservoir Ave., Providence, Suite 2E.
The program will train managers and others in good customer service, which is crucial to any company’s profitability, since it can cost six times as much, or even more, to land a new customer than to keep existing ones.
The investment for the program is $1,995 per person, with a one-year membership.
