Diners and wine enthusiasts are invited to sample the selections of master sommelier George Miliotes’ choosing at the Capital Grille Restaurant during its Generous Pour summer wine event. Through Sept. 2, guests can try a variety of wines during dinner for $25 per person. Miliotes has selected nine wines from around the world, including an aperitif and dessert wine, two whites and five reds. Servers at the Providence restaurant will be knowledgeable on suggested pairings.
