Nutrition Boot Camp Goes on the Road, First Stop Green Grocer in Portsmouth, RI
Bristol, RI, April 28, 2008 -- EVOLUTION Bodywork & Nutrition today announced they will be bringing their signature nutrition program “Nutrition Boot Camp” offsite to The Green Grocer in Portsmouth, RI starting May 3, 2008.

Nutrition Boot Camp is an intense crash course in nutrition education that meets on Saturdays for nine-weeks. Attendees will learn how to make food work for them instead of against them – and help kick that nasty sugar addiction. This course, taught by EVOLUTION’s Registered Dietitian Emily Gedney, includes nine group nutrition education classes, an in-depth tour of the supermarket, and all materials. Students can expect to learn the science behind what they eat, and what the foods do to the body.
