TWOBOLT MARKETING SOFTWARE IS NOW MARKETHOUND
Providence, RI, 5/8/2012- TWOBOLT, a data driven marketing services and software company located in Rhode Island has completed the spinoff of their software division as an entirely separate entity. The new entity, MarketHound, provides an online marketing management tool that brings together, email social, and direct mail marketing all in one place.
The spinoff is a result of the time that the software development team spent at BetaSpring, a start-up accelerator in Providence. Over the past 12 weeks under the mentorship of BetaSpring founders Owen Johnson, Allan Tear, Jack Templin and other BetaSpring mentors, MarketHound has gained a significant amount of attention from marketing professionals and investors who see great potential in what the team has built. All parties felt strongly that the software division needed to be a separate company to maintain the momentum it had gained through BetaSpring. Vernon Rauch, one of two original Co-founders of MarketHound will take the seat as president. Vernon says, “Spinning the software out as a separate company and allowing us to rebrand as MarketHound is a strategic move that the executive team of TWOBOLT, BetaSpring mentors and potential investors all agreed was necessary if we were going to become a leader in the marketing software business.”
