As the new administrative leader for the fundraising, alumni, parent and community relations functions at Wheeler, McLaughlin is charged with advancing the mission of the College Hill-located Nursery-12 coed independent school, which will celebrate its 125th anniversary in 2013-14.

Wheeler Head of School Dan Miller said, “We are thrilled to have someone with Patricia’s experience, expertise and proven record leading the school’s advancement team. It was clear to all of us during the interview and reference-checking process that we had found a candidate of extraordinary talent and energy, and our emphasis quickly shifted to a full-court recruiting effort, which, happily, has brought Patricia into the Wheeler fold.”
