ER Card adopts PURVIS notification technology

MIDDLETOWN – ER Card LLC, a West Warwick-based company that provides electronic patient health records to consumers, has adopted PURVIS Systems Inc.’s Emergency Notification System technology to communicate with its clients, PURVIS said.

PURVIS normally caters to the public safety, emergency management and defense industries. ER Card is adapting the technology to alert clients to drug recalls or sudden surges of illnesses, for example, as well as to remind patients to keep their records up to date.
