BRISTOL – Prudential East Bay Realty has been acquired by East Greenwich-based Prudential Gammons Realty, in an effort to expand its reach into new Rhode Island and Massachusetts markets. Financial details were not disclosed.
“We are extremely excited about the East Bay acquisition,” Roxanne Tafuri, president of Prudential Gammons, said in a statement. “It allows us to grow our company’s market share in the East Bay as well as Southern Massachusetts markets.”

The expansion is part of a plan to add more offices during 2008, Prudential Gammons said.
Bob Holland, owner-broker of Prudential East Bay, will remain with Prudential Gammons, the companies said.
